I fear not many people around here have skype. If you want to play with other people from Poland, then download Hamachi - it is a program which emulates LAN; all people on this forum use it to play Tzar.

Once you'll have installed it, you'll need to join some networks with other players. You can check threads in this section, although it is in Polish, so it might be pretty hard to find names and passwords for these networks (just in case - sieć/nazwa = name of network; hasło = password).

Also make sure you have 1.10 patch installed for Tzar, this one is commonly used by people from the forum.

Finally if you'd need real-life assitance, join our irc channel #tzar on irc.ircnet.pl server. Most of the times you should be able to find there someone to ask questions :)
